All levels run together... Title requirements: MTRDC title = 4 Team Q's earned after Jan 1, 2010 or a combination of Masters Team Q's before Jan 1, 2010 and at the single-level after Jan 1, 2010.
Any Starters and Advanced Q's earned prior to Jan 1, 2010 count toward the Expert metallic titles listed below but not the MTRDC  or Merit titles.
ExT Bronze = 10 Team Q's, ExT Silver = 25 Team Q's and
