If you are on Manitoulin Island or in Sudbury, Pam offers personalized onsite training to help you get the most out of Simply Accounting™. The fee for this is $50/hr. For those who know some bookkeeping basics but need help learning the program, she also offers these
Three workshops of two hours each (call to confirm date and time):
1: Payables: linking vendors to expense accounts, tax codes, merging records, recurring transactions, adjusting and voiding transactions, payment by credit cards, cheque requisition, printing in batches, reports.
2: Receivables: linking customers to revenue accounts, recurring transactions, adjusting and voiding transactions, receipts, deposit slip, merging records, reports.
3: Reconciling accounts, payroll, updating employee claims, T4 print & efile, exporting, reports.
The fee is $300 plus GST for the series of three workshops plus accounting manual which you take with you for future reference.
Minimum two, and maximum six, students per workshop. Call or e-mail us (see above) for date, time and more information.
