The Blue Condor

My first canoe, "The Blue Condor", in the days when the Condor still flew free.

Hand built, as a Centennial project, from very thin plywood, copper nails and fiber glass. She was just under 16 feet, with a 30 inch beam and the roundest bottom you ever did see. This machine gave me an real appreciation for a tumble home.
