What's Involved In Owning A Home At Hillside...
At Hillside, you own your own home and rent the site from us. We have 25 sites at the moment.
Rent is due on a monthly basis. The rent includes garbage pick up and snow plowing
of the main roads in the winter. The increases are controlled by The Residential Tenancies Act, 2007. Taxes are paid in quarterly instalments. Hillside pays for the taxes of the land and you
pay taxes on the square footage of the home. The smallest site is 7,000 square feet whereas the
largest is 10,000 square feet. The ages of the mobile homes vary from 1984 to 1989. We do not
have any empty lots and units tend to come up for sale from time to time. Usually they are listed
through a local real estate agent. As a
mobile home owner you are entitled to use all of the facilities that Hillside has to offer to their
Seasonal Campers...swimming, baseball, leisure walks through the campground, snowmobiling,
horseshoes, euchre nites, dances, darts etc...What more could you ask for?
