The campground also has their own Recreation Committee which is made up of and run by the campers. They organize such activities as euchre nights, dances, parades, children's baseball, a children's fishing derby, horseshoes, street dances, family fun nights and a fireworks display on Canada Day.

The campground has been in operation since 1963 by the same owners, now the second generation (working on bringing in the 3rd generation into the business). We are a family run operation and proud of it! We have been noted as being a 'family and seniors' park. I'm sure you will find that the campground is very similar to a small community. Generally most of the campers are very friendly and I'm sure you will have lots of activities to keep you and your family amused. Or you may want to just relax and enjoy the evening stars while sitting around a campfire. You can do that too if you so desire.

At the present time we still have a few sites available for 2009. If you want you can take a drive through our campground or you may choose to take a leisurely walk instead. It's your choice and we won't charge you if you just want to 'check the park out' and see what we're all about.
