Elder Board
- Purpose
- To give spiritual servant like leadership to the congregation
- To provide overall vision, direction and spiritual oversight of the congregation
- Responsibilities
- Visit congregation members and pray regularly for them
- Appoint ministry directors and two team members for each ministry team
- Appoint treasurer in conjunction with the Administration ministry director
- Meets once a month on the first Tuesday of the month
- Meet quarterly with ministry directors
- Appoint Northwest Mennonite Conference delegates
- Disburse deacons fund, missions and Bible school grants/scholarships
